Each reading is a personal, hand-written document produced specifically for you. It requires significant time and skill — typically several hours of chart analysis and writing. Because of this, the product is delivered as a custom piece of work that cannot be resold or reused.
Once work has commenced on your reading — which begins after payment is confirmed and your birth details are received — we are unable to offer a refund. This policy exists because the time and effort invested in your reading cannot be recovered.
If you have paid but we have not yet started your reading, please contact us as soon as possible. In these circumstances we will do our best to accommodate a cancellation and process a refund.
If you feel your reading did not address your questions clearly, please message us directly. We take every concern seriously. We will review your reading and either clarify the content or, where we agree there was a genuine shortcoming on our part, provide additional analysis at no extra charge.
We ask that you contact us before raising a dispute with your payment provider. Most concerns can be resolved quickly and directly. We are one person — not a corporation — and we genuinely want you to feel the reading was worth your time and money.
